Toyota Coaster Bus should be the primary Courtesywide option when a group is too large for a Hiace but does not require a full size coach. Topstar specifically presents its Coaster as a comfortable group transport vehicle for up to twenty two people and highlights uses such as conferences, weddings and weekend group travel. That makes it a natural fit for Courtesywide airport transfers, SGR connections, hotel movements, corporate events, delegate transport and planned group journeys. For airport or SGR work, passenger capacity must be balanced against luggage. A bus may technically seat a larger group, but international suitcases can significantly reduce the usable passenger capacity unless luggage space is available or a separate luggage vehicle is arranged. Courtesywide should therefore confirm the number of adults, children, suitcases and hand luggage before allocating the Coaster. For corporate travel, the Coaster works well for conference shuttles, staff movement, road shows, training groups, site visits and event transport. It can also support group leisure road trips and transfers to safari lodges, although specialist off road game viewing is better handled by dedicated safari vehicles. The Topstar detailed rates page lists KSh 15,000 for the 2 to 6 day band, KSh 14,000 for the 7 day or longer band and KSh 12,000 for the 1 to 3 month band. The same section states that fuel and driver are included. Its terms specify hire within Nairobi with vehicle, fuel and driver included and a limit of 150 kilometres. Source prices are stated as subject to VAT. The Topstar homepage currently displays a different daily Coaster figure, so Courtesywide must reconfirm the operational selling rate before issuing a client invoice.
