Quotations and availability
Website prices and external reference rates are not a guarantee of final availability. A booking is confirmed only after the applicable vehicle, room, safari departure or supplier service has been checked and the final quotation or invoice has been accepted.
Traveller information
The client is responsible for providing correct names, contact details, travel dates, passenger numbers and any information needed for the booked service. Passport, visa, health, insurance and entry requirements remain the traveller’s responsibility unless a specific service is confirmed in writing.
Supplier conditions
Hotels, airlines, rail services, parks, conservancies, vehicle suppliers and activity operators may apply their own operating rules, cancellation conditions and safety requirements. These supplier conditions can affect the final booking.
Changes outside our control
Weather, road conditions, wildlife movement, government rules, park fees, transport schedules and supplier operations may require reasonable itinerary changes. Where this happens we will communicate the available options and any material cost difference.
